About Event

The Women Sport Zambia National Conference 2026 is a national platform that will bring together policymakers, sport administrators, athletes, academics, development partners, and other key stakeholders to discuss strategies for advancing the participation, leadership, and empowerment of women and girls in sport. Held under the theme “Accelerate Action: Scaling Up Gender Equality and Inclusion in Sport,” the conference will take place from 1st to 2nd April at the Mulungushi International Conference Centre in Lusaka and is organized by Women Sport Zambia with the support of the Ministry of Youth, Sport and Arts and the National Sports Council of Zambia. The event will be graced by the Guest of Honour, Her Honour the Vice President of the Republic of Zambia, Mrs. W. K. Mutale Nalumango, MP. Join us as we accelerate action towards a more inclusive and equitable future for sport in Zambia.
